offsite username of current owner that is currently listed on the masterlist

offsite username of new owner

masterlist number

AND IT CANNOT BE THROUGH DISCORD

(discord allows anyone to have any username)

** If you only use discord, contact an admin directly in order to do a transfer!!!

This is to prevent character theft! I know it is a little annoying but it would be better to have all of these than have someone be able to easily fake a screenshot conversation.
